Fedora 9 Update: minisat2-2.0-7.20070721.fc9

Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2008-7254
2008-09-05 10:28:23

Name: minisat2
Product : Fedora 9
Version : 2.0
Release : 7.20070721.fc9
URL : http://minisat.se/
Summary : A minimalistic, open-source SAT solver
Description :
MiniSat is a minimalistic, open-source Boolean satisfiability problem
(SAT) solver, developed for researchers and developers alike.
Winning all the industrial categories of the SAT 2005 competition,
MiniSat is a good starting point both for future research in SAT, and
for applications using SAT.

A SAT solver can determine if it is possible to find assignments to boolean
variables that would make a given expression true, if the expression is
written with only AND, OR, NOT, parentheses, and boolean variables.
If the expression is satisfiable, MiniSAT can also produce a
set of assignments that make the expression true.
Although the problem is NP-complete, SAT solvers (like this one)
are often able to decide this problem in a reasonable time frame.

Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2008-7263
2008-09-05 10:29:02

Name: E
Product : Fedora 8
Version : 0.999.006
Release : 2.fc8
URL : http://www4.informatik.tu-muenchen.de/~schulz/WORK/eprover.html
Summary : Equational Theorem Prover
Description :
E is a purely equational theorem prover for full first-order logic.
That means it is a program that you can stuff a mathematical specification
(in first-order format) and a hypothesis into, and which will then run
forever, using up all of your machines' resources.
Very occasionally it will find a proof for the hypothesis and tell you so.

E's inference core is based on a modified version of the superposition
calculus for equational clausal logic. Both clausification and reasoning on
the clausal form can be documented in checkable proof objects.

E was the best-performing open source software prover in the 2008
CADE ATP System Competition (CASC) in the FOF, CNF, and UEQ divisions.

it up to date in terms of security and features, as well as removing
all patented algorithms to separate libraries.

This package includes the core files necessary for both the OpenSSH
client and server. To make this package useful, you should also
install openssh-clients, openssh-server, or both.

Name: sip
Product : Fedora 8
Version : 4.7.6
Release : 1.fc8
URL : http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/sip/
Summary : SIP - Python/C++ Bindings Generator
Description :
SIP is a tool for generating bindings for C++ classes so that they can be
accessed as normal Python classes. SIP takes many of its ideas from SWIG but,
because it is specifically designed for C++ and Python, is able to generate
tighter bindings. SIP is so called because it is a small SWIG.

SIP was originally designed to generate Python bindings for KDE and so has
explicit support for the signal slot mechanism used by the Qt/KDE class
libraries. However, SIP can be used to generate Python bindings for any C++
class library.

Update Information:

This updates Qt 4 to 4.4.1, PyQt4 to 4.4.2 and kdesupport, the KDE 4 development
platform and Dolphin to KDE 4.1.0. Phonon is now a separate package (split out

Version : 4.1.0
Release : 1.fc8.1
URL : http://www.kde.org/
Summary : K Desktop Environment 4 - Core Files
Description :
