-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2008-10000 2008-11-22 14:29:29 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : perl-Crypt-DH Product : Fedora 10 Version : 0.06 Release : 9.fc10 URL : http://search.cpan.org/dist/Crypt-DH/ Summary : Perl module implementing the Diffie-Hellman key exchange system Description : Crypt::DH is a Perl implementation of the Diffie-Hellman key exchange system. Diffie-Hellman is an algorithm by which two parties can agree on a shared secret key, known only to them. The secret is negotiated over an insecure network without the two parties ever passing the actual shared secret, or their private keys, between them. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: These updates to the Crypt::DH and Crypt::DSA perl module packages add an additional dependency on Math::BigInt::GMP, which makes many operations run much faster and prevents the warning message "math libraries not found" from appearing when the modules are used. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Tue Nov 4 2008 Paul Howarth <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 0.06-9 - BuildRequire and Require a GMP support module, either Math::GMP or Math::BigInt::GMP depending on how recent Math::BigInt is -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use su -c 'yum update perl-Crypt-DH' at the command line. For more information, refer to "Managing Software with yum", available at http://docs.fedoraproject.org/yum/. All packages are signed with the Fedora Project GPG key. More details on the GPG keys used by the Fedora Project can be found at http://fedoraproject.org/keys -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ Fedora-package-announce mailing list Fedora-package-announce@redhat.com http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-package-announce
