-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2007-4338 2007-12-20 00:54:24 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : xpa Product : Fedora 7 Version : 2.1.8 Release : 3.fc7 URL : http://hea-www.harvard.edu/RD/xpa/ Summary : The XPA messaging system Description : The XPA messaging system provides seamless communication between many kinds of Unix programs, including X programs and Tcl/Tk programs. It also provides an easy way for users to communicate with these XPA-enabled programs by executing XPA client commands in the shell or by utilizing such commands in scripts. Because XPA works both at the programming level and the shell level, it is a powerful tool for unifying any analysis environment: users and programmers have great flexibility in choosing the best level or levels at which to access XPA services, and client access can be extended or modified easily at any time. This package contains command-line utilities for managing XPA. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: ds9: Fixes some problems of tcl package loading xpa: usable tcl interface tkimg: the tcl interface in pkgIndex.tcl is complete -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Sat Dec 8 2007 Sergio Pascual <sergiopr at fedoraproject dot org> 2.1.8-3 - Tcl interface in a different subpackage - pkgIndex.tcl added * Wed Nov 14 2007 Sergio Pascual <sergiopr at fedoraproject dot org> 2.1.8-2 - Nested dir for headers fixed * Tue Nov 13 2007 Sergio Pascual <sergiopr at fedoraproject dot org> 2.1.8-1 - New upstream source * Sat Oct 13 2007 Sergio Pascual <sergiopr at fedoraproject dot org> 2.1.7-0.3.b2 - Splitted libraries in a new package * Mon Aug 27 2007 Sergio Pascual <spr at astrax.fis.ucm.es> 2.1.7-0.2.b2.1 - Added /bin/awk to BuildReq * Mon Aug 27 2007 Sergio Pascual <spr at astrax.fis.ucm.es> 2.1.7-0.2.b2 - Rebuild for Fedora 8 to get the build-id -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated packages: f23cdf4c49eacb19127d9dd65f57501a83bc2177 xpa-devel-2.1.8-3.fc7.ppc64.rpm 783e1d1d2259de101281e49f401841fea8c958b0 xpa-debuginfo-2.1.8-3.fc7.ppc64.rpm 0b34b0bc2dfa1d311654f0f96089dcbcf4787513 xpa-libs-2.1.8-3.fc7.ppc64.rpm 4afe5f3bad8c31f2c6492f880f9965e41e88bc3c xpa-tcl-2.1.8-3.fc7.ppc64.rpm de1dcf60159a3f4074418867c9aa772c00a338ff xpa-2.1.8-3.fc7.ppc64.rpm 6aa7fdb93f71a2b0fda0d3a2d55115a3199d99df xpa-2.1.8-3.fc7.i386.rpm dce01a8faa4cd97f3bcfd3ce704b4b9bfe8aec94 xpa-debuginfo-2.1.8-3.fc7.i386.rpm 021babc89e8f4b19fedebe79f6c066d80a1e9dc7 xpa-libs-2.1.8-3.fc7.i386.rpm 28836dd68654adb2b3bb881ad16c0fa815d77452 xpa-tcl-2.1.8-3.fc7.i386.rpm 2a5acc30d8078783595416c83a158c44498ef503 xpa-devel-2.1.8-3.fc7.i386.rpm 99b27fcc9e4bbf1afb08d82176506a900c2c46a3 xpa-libs-2.1.8-3.fc7.x86_64.rpm 8867a13f81887efd33cb3f08fd15a0b55e929388 xpa-devel-2.1.8-3.fc7.x86_64.rpm 4dedff947f971e644dfa4fef140022ed5fb5148c xpa-tcl-2.1.8-3.fc7.x86_64.rpm 1afd62508925eb64be7a8d77c590e4b855693c44 xpa-debuginfo-2.1.8-3.fc7.x86_64.rpm 2e08018c629e669b274ced5e6607d2acf624b6be xpa-2.1.8-3.fc7.x86_64.rpm 6d8000508514d81074419d149b04b4a92aba961d xpa-tcl-2.1.8-3.fc7.ppc.rpm 1095696c3115dc16f2046c1c133242dccd55d8d1 xpa-2.1.8-3.fc7.ppc.rpm a70faf977dce2e2dc096b1792f362952523e00d5 xpa-devel-2.1.8-3.fc7.ppc.rpm 9f650a64c72945f08f3bf634a718bf7946f8c8b3 xpa-debuginfo-2.1.8-3.fc7.ppc.rpm 4b2138c4d70617625193fb1515b350a4eea63f08 xpa-libs-2.1.8-3.fc7.ppc.rpm 34fee09a5465ce49fe2e89d9abdfdc87aba20dec xpa-2.1.8-3.fc7.src.rpm This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.
