-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2008-11042 None --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : collectd Product : Fedora 9 Version : 4.5.1 Release : 2.1.fc9 URL : http://collectd.org/ Summary : Statistics collection daemon for filling RRD files Description : collectd is a small daemon written in C for performance. It reads various system statistics and updates RRD files, creating them if necessary. Since the daemon doesn't need to startup every time it wants to update the files it's very fast and easy on the system. Also, the statistics are very fine grained since the files are updated every 10 seconds. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Sun Dec 7 2008 Alan Pevec <ape...@redhat.com> 4.5.1-2.1 - fix subpackages, bz# 475093 * Sun Nov 30 2008 Alan Pevec <ape...@redhat.com> 4.5.1-1 - upgrade to 4.5.1, bz# 470943 - enable Network UPS Tools (nut) plugin, bz# 465729 - enable postgresql plugin - spec cleanup, bz# 473641 * Wed Oct 22 2008 Alan Pevec <ape...@redhat.com> 4.4.4-1 - new upstream bugfix release 4.4.4 http://collectd.org/news.shtml#news59 * Thu Oct 2 2008 Alan Pevec <ape...@redhat.com> 4.4.3-2 - exclude LoadPlugin email from default config -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- References: [ 1 ] Bug #473641 - collectd : Unowned directories https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=473641 [ 2 ] Bug #470943 - Collectd 4.5.1 is available https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=470943 [ 3 ] Bug #475093 - collectd default config includes subpackaged plugins https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=475093 [ 4 ] Bug #465729 - Plugin for Network UPS Tools (NUT) is missing https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=465729 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.
