Approximately 30 (thirty) days from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 9. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '9'. Looking at the ubuntu bug, it appears they fixed it by updating to 0.06 of Gtk2::TrayIcon... There also doesn't seem to be an upstream bug filed against Gtk2::TrayIcon at rt.cpan.org; and I can't reproduce this under F-9 with the wefunctray source above. :\ Are you sure you're using Gtk2::TrayIcon from the rpm? There isn't another older copy installed locally that wefunktray is picking up first? Even if you're using it on a transparent trayer? Like this: trayer --SetDockType true --widthtype request --align right --transparent true --alpha 255 For me, the result is: http://www.phys.ethz.ch/~daduke/wf.png I definitely only have /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/Gtk2/TrayIcon.pm on my machine.
