I really need to make a programmable interface to flx_pkgconfig
as well.
For example: scoop doesn't know where to search for libraries
on my Mac. Apple puts stuff in weird places.

First,
cd demos/.pkgtool
then:
~/felix/demos/pkgtool>flx setup.flx install
