Hi Karen, It is a custom made blend called Zhen Wu Tang Custom Formula made by Dr Mona Boudreaux after my vet described his symptoms. It calls for a 1/4 teaspoon a day. She is in Illinois, she gives continued learning seminars to vets and techs on using chinese herbs in their practices.
