*Can anyone help Palmyra? She is an absolutely outstanding cat. She is
about 1 1/2 years old, long hair brown/gray, VERY FRIENDLY, VERY
AFFECTIONATE, completely vetted. Unfortunately Palmyra has one problem –
she is leukemia positive. She will have to be in a home without other cats
(unless they are leukemia positive too). She is a perfect cat and would
make a great addition to the life of the person lucky enough to adopt her.
Leukemia is contagious to other cats but not people and not dogs. Cats
can live for many years with leukemia. Palmyra had a family but they moved
and left her to fend for herself by just dumping her outside to fend for
herself. Her short life has not been real good so far.*

*If you can rescue Palmyra, or know of a rescue that takes leukemia
positive cats, please contact Kathy Madara at mad...@theinter.com
Transport is available. Thank you.*
