Hi. Another FIP question. My foster cat Tessa has a large belly. She was spayed and vet said she was full of fat cells. She kind of sways when she walks. Another vet examined her and said her belly was firm and not spongy like an FIP belly would be. Any thoughts? She has mostly been isolated but

Hi Laurie, If there are no other symptoms (fever, pronounced spine) then I wouldn't worry. Wet FIP normally progresses pretty quickly, from my experience and what I've read. When I lost my Alice to it it was maybe 3 weeks or less from first noticing symptoms to having her so swollen and
