[Felvtalk] retesting kittens

I'm a volunteer and foster for a local cat rescue, and I always wait and retest kittens when they test FELV positive. I don't deal with kittens that much anymore, and forget the time period for the wait, but somebody local has had some test positive and needs to know about retesting.
