Dear Michelle,
I'm so sorry it's not something that could have helped Gemma; she's been so lucky to have such a loving family and good doctor. It sounds as though she's been kitty-like, having nine lives.....I just wanted to mention the cart because I didn't know how widespread the use was outside of the US.
I have you all in my thoughts and prayers.

She has had deformity in her front legs for 3 years due to arthritis to begin with and could not take excess strain of learning how to use a cart.
