Just to add info—Roicy is a ‘rabies’ hold facility.  It is not a shelter per se & has almost no room to hold any animals for anything but legal minimum period.  It is very high kill so anyone interested must contact the people listed at the bottom asap!  They are really struggling and are desperate for any rescue groups to take the loads of animals they get every week.  The group of volunteers working w.
