Hey Sandra,It's just L-Lysine (or Lysine), an "amino acid" which is normally in food.  I order mine from Betterlife.com, and sometimes from Drugstore.com - the brand is usually Life Extension or NOW or Source Naturals.Have you tried searching at Yahoo-Spain, at  http://es.yahoo.com.?  I did a searc

I not quite sure what I mean, but it is the L-Lysine, that helps boost the immune system.  but I live in Spain and the cost of posting out to Spain will end up being more than the cost of the product. but if some one can give me all the details on what the packing lists. then I should be able to
