Little Missy is fine now. I really think it was just the dry air. She had
company (some people who came to do a home visit on the foster cats before
the paperwork happens that turns them over to me) and was too exited!
Nina, I will send the pictures when I get them off my camera...

Oh Kelley, what a relief! I'm so attached to your little Missy. I just
want to squeeze her. I'm looking forward to her new pictures.

She would be quite happy to be squeezed. She is just so happy when people
come to see her!

My vet is closed and has been for days due to the ice stormI am so
worried about her. I am hoping it is due to the dry air, but no one else
has a bloody nose.

I'd go ahead and up that to 500mg a day and see if it helps. I don't
blame her for not wanting you to mess with her sore little nose. Pure
Aloe gel or a touch of vasiline might help though. I'd love to see her
new pictures.

I hope it's nothing too! I hate to even mention it, but that was one of the
very last signs right before my Moogie died, her nose began to bleed. It's
the reason I rushed her to the vet... but it was too late, they said she was
already dying, and probably wouldn't make it another hour on her own.
Just what I was thinking - a humidifier. I also use a homeopathic
treatment for nosebleed - Arnica. Either liquid or tiny little
pills, Works well.

One of my FeLV + guys seems to be emitting a drop or two of blood when he

thought it had cleared Timmy also but he was still sneezing
I would get a humidifier going and, if you can get him to sit in the bathroom with you - some steam treatments. The moisture will help. My Bandit had a similar thing when he was wee, a sneeze and there's a red blotch on the wall in front of him. With Bandit, it cleared up by itself and steam
