Re: [Felvtalk] Buzz is gone

2008-11-24 Thread MacKenzie, Kerry N.
I'm so sorry for your loss, Sue. But I'm so glad he found you and
discovered what it was to be loved--truly loved--and cared for. Buzz
couldn't have wished for a better home. He sounds such a happy cat, and
I hope all the good memories eventually bring you comfort.
Big hugs,
Kerry M.

Re: [Felvtalk] Buzz is gone/Donations

2008-11-24 Thread Kat
Dear Sue,

My heart goes out to you - you made the right choice for Buzz, and you
made it from love. It seems that alot of kitties do NOT like going to the
vet (thus, do not like being put in a carrier) - my Cinders (not FeLV+)
also fought her last trip even tho the tumor in the back of her throat had
grown enough that she only lapped at the juices in her food for over a
week .

Sleep soft, dear Buzz...

As far as a donation to James goes, you can donate online to him - just go
to the website: http://www.felineleukemia.org/
and on the bottom of the Menu box is a link to the "Donate to Our Cause"
page. If you pay by check, you can add a note saying it's "In Memory of
Buzz". I'm not sure if there is a comments section for paypal, but you
can always send him a separate note anyway...
