Kelly, I'm alsp very concerned about this cat. She should have
gotten her meds right away, and I also believe a vet who has been
practicing for that long may not be up on current treatments. All
physicians and vets have to continue to read, and learn about new
treatments for as long as they are
Kelly, have you heard anything from your vet in regards to getting this poor
girl on meds yet. I can't believe any vet would keep her waiting while he
calculates for this long. I am at a loss for words. Each day that goes by
there could be more damage occurring. Please keep us posted.
Tanya
Everything is fine now, we have the prescription.

Sorry, did not mean to be so short there. The prescription is for 0.685
Amlodipine daily. We got it in flavored chews. Hoping she likes them since
she will be on them for life, if not next month we can get liquid or pill
form.

I work at a county shelter and we have just about had it with people. A woman
called today and told me that she was getting ready to call Channel 2 news
about us, because we were so very rude. Why was she ticked off? Because she
surrendered her dog

Ok, well, here we go with my day.
My mother woke me up at 7:15 am calling me after I went to bed at 3 am. I
had a friend move out of town and bring over her nice desk and filing
cabinets last night, also some cat litter she didn't need. I asked my
boyfriend to put the cat litter in the house,
That's great Kelly. Glad you were able to get it in chews. The pills are small
and can be difficult to split.

Hi. Lucy takes her heart med in chew form and loves it. We were given sample
flavors and she picked chicken. So easy. I just put in on her canned food in
the AM. She always eats all her food.

My heart kitty gets lasix in triple fish flavor and enalaphril in caplets, I
break up the caplets and let the powder drain out and mix it up and give it
to her..didn't know you could get it in chew form.
