Any info on urinary incontinence in the FELV pos cat?  My cat Chloe is running a low grade temp since night before last.  Doc gave pill form of anti b (said doesn't have it in the liquid).  I gave one last night along with a bite to my finger!  I noticed  a trail of urine on the floor on her

Chiming in on this one -- I'd have her tested for urinary crystals, just to be sure there's no FLUTD. If there are no crystals and there is no medical reason for the leaking urine, it could be behavioral. How old is the cat? Terri B =^..^= Terri, Guinevere, Travis, Dori, Kimiko and 8

People are so stupid - after adopting out cats for 20 years, I cannot get over it. Once poor Barnaby is out of there, they should cement that gap so it doesn't happen again. Can food and water be placed into that crawlspace? From: felvtalk-boun...@felineleukemia.org

Beth, have you gone to the house and called Barnaby? Maybe he will recognize your voice. Recently I adopted a semi-feral kitten that escaped outside (never open cage door outside to pet cute kitty, duh). The woman feeding the kitten had to come over and catch the kitten, the kitten came to her

o.k. No pawing at the mouth. She wants to eat but just doesn't when the food is put down. She is crying when I bring the plate over but then doesn't eat. She is relatively acting okay - just the low grade fever and now the goopy sort of urine or something leaking out. Vet app today. Thanks

Did the vet say whether she was retaining urine in the bladder?  Did he express the bladder?   With most pill meds you can break it up and put it in a 1 cc syringe with no needle, draw up a tiny amount of water, and let is dissolve.  I routinely liquify meds. From: dot winkler
