What I have used for many years are carriers wit Turn Locks Turn Locks
are L shaped that hold the carrier together. Often, while the carrier
is apart, I put the cat in the bottom part then just put the carrier
together. Then in the vet's I take the carrier apart putting the L:
shaped locks in my pocket. Sometimes the vet does not even have to
remove the cat from the bottom part of the carrier. Works grate for me
and the cat.

Thor Update

Well, all seems to be pretty much normal, he is back to roaring thunder at everyone, and eating and keeping it down...so I assume it was the stress of the day before. It is strange he loves humans, wants to be evrywhere I go but another animal comes within a 5 ft radius and he freaks and starts growlingwell anyway just wanted to keep you all posted.

That sounds very good. You may have to keep him in that room if he's that upset by other critters. What about the kitten? Does he react that way to the baby as well as to an adult cat?Cherie A Gabbert [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote:

Everyone, he is just a walking attitude, I do have him in the general population right now and he gets vocal every time someone gets near him...hopefully time will heal him and he will get comfy, if not then he will be my new crabby kitty. It is kind of amusing Tigger was always the crabbiest, and now Thor and Tigger have growling contests.Barb Moermond [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote:

Well I am feeling better about it, right now he is slepping on the stairs and another cat is on a stair or two away from him and I do not hear much ;-)) That is a good sign.[EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote:
my one negative girl is like that its been almost a year and she has only recently stopped screaming at them now she just growls. Her radius has shrunk to about 1 foot it started with about 10. I just let her deal with the others her way. I think they're used to her attitude problem now, they just give her a look and walk away. kristi From: Cherie A Gabbert <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: 2005/03/19 Sat PM 03:57:09 EST To: felvtalk@felineleukemia.org Subject: Re: Thor Update Everyone, he is just a walking attitude, I do have him in the general population right now and he gets vocal every time someone gets near him...hopefully time will heal him and he will get comfy, if not then he will be my new crabby kitty.
