I had a cat tested for FeLV a few weeks ago and she came back positive. We will retest soon. She is about a year old, maybe pregnant, and a throw away. I have never had this happen before and I have done spayrelease for several years with feral cats. I contacted vet who does alternative

As for the immediate future, I'd determine if she is preg., if so and her basic health is good, you might want to have her spayed anyway. Kittens born to this mom will likely test positive (at least initially) and they will be very hard to place. Plus, she really doesn't need to have kittens
