I'm not sure about the licking surfaces, but I did notice that Allie would get lethargic, sleep more and get less playful when she spiked temps. Spiking temps can be a sign of a secondary infection. The diarrhea can also be a sign of some sort of infection. Watch out b/c if he does have a fever

Nina Yes she does do recommandations. She is the one who recomended me to Emergency over Rescue. I myself found better results with Emergency than Rescue. I found that the Em does alittle more for my cats than the rescue but that's my opinion. She is not a vet but she does give flower essence
