Hello. Bile can mean liver involvement. I don't free feed and if I go too long
between AM and PM feedings, we will sometimes see this yellow frothy vomit
(bile) from not having food in stomach. We usually stay on schedule, so a rare
occurrence and only once. I'd have blood work done to RO
Thanks for the advice Wendy and Kelley. The good news is that Pixie isn't

Bleach is not safe for you or Pixie. Try vinegar diluted. Or, if you have
to use bleach, get her out of the house for a few days. She will be getting
a concentrated dose of bleach all the time because of her height. She is
right against the floor. Further, it can burn your lungs
Panleuk can live for months and as far as I know bleach is the only
thing that kills it. (There may be other things, but bleach is the
only thing I *know* kills it).
Had it been panleuk, though, she'd be dead by now.

I use Seventh Generation Free and Clear bleach, when I use bleach which is
rarely. It's non chlorine and non-toxic. Mix one part bleach to 10 parts
water (or even weaker) and keep your kitty shut up in another room (with
window open if you can) and vent the areas treated by having a fan running

Hey Giselle,
You could sterilize a few rooms at a time, keeping Pixie out of those for a few
days, but if it isn't panleuk, it's probably not necessary. The best thing you
can do for her is feed her a high quality diet (mine get Innova Evo wet and

I always use break-aways because I'm afraid of my cat hanging themselves on
