Gorgetta, I have never been to Second Chance personally, but from all I have heard it is a wonderful place; an actual home with a loving family. Others in the group will know more.
Bravo for fostering neonatal kittens. I rescue too, but this is one thing I'm not good at. My very patient daughter feeds the teeny tiny ones.
