Robert, I wouldn't worry about the pred. Cats are much more tolerant of it than dogs or humans, and I've had cats on it for years. It's part of some rescue protocols for cancers, so I'd say go for it. Wishing Gilbert the best... Margo -Original Message- >From: ROBERT CHAPEL

No. A cat vaccinated for FIV can test pos. Not FELV. On Sunday, June 18, 2017, Sandy wrote: > Pam Doore Ask Amani (on this felvtalk) about Zander's Protocol - consists > of doxycycline, Prednisolone and most important is Winstrol. IMPORTANT to > get your kitty on

Hi Sandy, I think that it is the old FIV vaccine that you are thinking of. It is no longer on the market. Once cats were vaccinated with it they would test positive on a SNAP test. Cats vaccinated with the FeLV vaccine will not test positive afterwards, at least that I have ever heard.

Thank you Amani - I knew you would be able to be concise and to the point - and with FeLV time can not be wasted. One thing though - would it be wise to retest?? Thank you, Sandy W - Original Message - From: "Amani Oakley" To: felvtalk@felineleukemia.org
