Amanda, I used one large jar of Mega C when I first rescued Sissy and Rocket.
I don't remember an ingredients list on the jar. They got it for about 6
months then got fussing about me adding supplements to their food. They are
still positives but are very healthy right now.

I've rescued 6 dumpster positive kittens and had all of them spayed/neutered
successfully. In addition I spayed and released one adult positive dumpster
cat with no problems. There is always a concern using anesthetic but
typically any cat is better off health-wise being spayed.
