2005-09-28 Thread Tad Burnett

Hi Gary
Angel Wings was a sanctuary where people sent animals that they could
no longer keep for one reason or another...FeLV and FIV and others...
And then they were pretty much abandoned
About 100 animalsThe rescue people there did a tremendous job ay
finding homes for them...
There may still be a few left in foster care...

is/was "Angel Wings" and why would any of these cats be ones belonging

Ah,
but it doesn't alter the crucial facts--- that the vet assigned them to death
row, and now they're doing great. :)What a lesson.
Plus
your offer (I remember it), which was taken up on, was truly
wonderful

I think the vet is looking at the big picture
though...There are so many that are PTS just because there is no one to
take them and looking at it practically FeLV+ in bad shape has got to
be on the bottom of the list to saveWhen asked if I really wanted
to save them all I said if they are eating food that is the best sign
that a cat still wants to liveWhat would I have done if the
transport said they couldn't take them all ??? Lets not think about
that...
