1st thank you for taking in Penny. Mixing is such a personal decision. Like
other I mix my positives and negatives. My negatives all had their FeLV
vaccine and booster one month later before I mixed them. My positives were
kittens when I rescued them and never threw off the virus.
I agree, the older cats don't seem as susceptible.

Thanks for all the info. It's been really helpful. I'll keep stella at
my friends for a while longer til i've got a good chunk of time to

About testing--there are 2 common tests: The snap Elissa test done right in
the vet's office and the IFA where blood is sent to lab. If you only had
the Elissa, try to get the IFA as
