I agree. I would also vaccinate the new kitten for distemper series. People worry about their other kitties getting FeLV but the FeLV+ kitty is also at risk of catching an upper respiratory infection from the other cat because of her compromised immune system.
I would not introduce them until your other cat has had the FeLV vaccine booster (2-4 weeks after first vaccination).
