It's amazing how many uses there are for white vinegar.

I've been mopping my floors with vinegar and water for years. With dogs
around anytime you drop food on the floor they dive for it. At least when
they're licking the food off the floor they're not also getting Mop N Glo.
Definitely smells bad but I do my mopping on a day that I can leave the door
and windows open for an hour or two until the vinegar smell dissipates. On
the other hand, both my dogs died from cancer anyway so I'm not sure if it
actually made a difference as far as decreasing the amount of toxins they
take in!

I am not interested to know whether vivisection produces results that are
profitable to the human race or doesn't..the pain which it inflicts upon
unconsenting animals is the basis of my enmity toward it, and it is to me
sufficient justification of the enmity without looking further. - Mark
Twain

Just for a little while, it dissipates very quickly (white distilled vinegar
doesn't have a very distinct odor).

And then you have to deal with the smell of vinegar. Yuck!
