I have been reading with great pain and agony about your efforts with Brissle. I am sorry for the pain both of you had to go through. I am so sorry. Although I never met Brissle, I am heartbroken. Not only for her, and for you, but for all of us. When she did so well for so long after that first transfusion and on the I-R and the VO, I thought we had found a solution for all our cats to the anemia issue. Kyle, she had an extra good month or two because of what you did. I am sure she thought every second was worth it. Kyle, I'm so sorry to hear about Brissle's passing. You did the most humane and loving thing you could do for her by letting her go. She knows that she was loved by you. Her frail body just couldn't take it anymore. She is now at the bridge running and healthy again playing with all the other furangels that were waiting for her.
