Thank you for your replies. I wish I could take the chance and integrate this kitty, but, I do TNR in my town and as a result have ended up with a home full of non-adoptable rescues and adoptable I am trying to find homes for and risking them is not an option. This kitty lives in the spare room with a vaccinated cat, but it's just one small room. The rest of the rescues live in the rest of the house with me. Vaccinating all of them is not an option as it would be too costly, and it would be yearly, which would add to the cost factor and could increase the chance that one or more could end up with an injection site sarcoma.
