Lycine and supplement fatigue

What is the best quality Lycine to get? I just Googled it, and there are dozens of brands and I know that since supplements are not regulated, that a quality name is important. Also, how do all of you deal with the 'supplement fatigue'. We've only been into this for a week, but I can see that

I buy Lysine at Costco. You can get it at health food stores in a powder form as well as tablet, (you could always ask them there what brand they feel is the best). It's pretty much tasteless. I just grind it up with a mortar and pestle and add it to their food. If I have someone being
