Sour cream for the diarrhea? Does the sour cream you use say on the label " with live and active acidophilus cultures"? Most sour cream does NOT have any beneficial bacteria in it, so make sure you're feeding one that has it in there, like this one: http://organicvalley.coop/utility/faq/sour_cream
