What a wonderful life Julie had and what a wonderful way in which to 
pass--after a long, loving day and with those she loved.  All creatures should 
be treated as well..a tough decision to make but the right one!

Please know my thoughts are with you at this very sad and difficult
time, Wendy. I hope the good memories of the many happy years you and
Julie shared, and the knowledge that she was one much-loved kitty, will
bring you comfort as time goes on. I agree with you that, traumatic and
heart-wrenching though it is for us, it is surely better to allow a
beloved pet to pass without suffering when it's clear the end is near.
Julie was clearly a beautiful kitty inside and out, and that she had
such a contented life with you and your family is wonderful, and
inspiring.

Wendy,I am so sorry to hear of your Julies passing.It is wonderful that you 
spent the day with her.I did that for Maizee her last day with me.I was a big 
baby though and probably stressed the poor girl from all my cyring.I know she
