Hi guys,

The post below is the only one out of 15 so far, according to the
archives, that I've gotten out of this particular thread. I have had
two emails (July 2nd and again the 10th) sent to me asking me to
re-enable my membership because it was disabled due to excessive
bounces. The first time I did it, I finally received all the bounced
emails (literally a couple hundred from this list) over a week or so.
I had to redo this again yesterday, but still have not received any of
the previous bounced emails yet.

Hi All,

I don't post much anymore, but I do continue to read your posts I have
been keeping your fur-babies in my prayers. I have been on the list
for a long time while I don't know James *personally*, I do know that
attachements are usually a no-no as well as posts that are very long.

I've also heard from several co-workers friends that have upgraded to
Vista and most of them regret it - way to many problems involved, but I
don't know if that would have any impact the list mail, just your own
personal computer.

Also, some people seem to get the list emails snagged by their spam
filters. Adding felvtalk@felineleukemia.org to your favorites list seems
to help alleviate this filtering.

In Dec 2005, Jenn/Phaewryn created the OT list so that this one could be
mostly just FeLV information discussions, which is what new-comers are
searching for when they find us. This is what her original post said:
OT list created. Join HERE: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/felvot/
If you are already a member at any Yahoo service, you can sign up with
your existing yahoo ID, just let me know who you are, so I can connect
your yahooID with you name on this list, because I made it a closed list,
so ONLY members HERE can sign up THERE, and I have to approve everyone
manually. Otherwise, just use your email address that you use here, and I
will approve you instantly.

If I remember correctly, James's health isn't the best and he's been very
busy I believe he is also legally blind, so please be patient with him,
and the rest of us. We are one of the most caring list families around.

Thanks, Kat - I hadn't kept up with what folks are calling the OT
list - so appreciate the update/reminder.

Also the info on James - I like to remind people to be gentle with
folks in email communications - because you never know what's going
on with someone, you just get typed messages. I'd wondered about
James, and hope and pray he hangs in there and his health improves -
we used to hear more from him, a few years ago - thanks so much for
that info.

She looked @ the picture and began crying and said, Where are all the other

You are supposed to be anxiousevery time Dixie decides not to eat for a
couple of days I go off. Luckily she understands this and starts eating about
the time I am ready to yank her up and return to Louisville to her vets. It is
amazing that she doesn't do this when we are in Louisville and the vets are
15-20 minutes awayshe really does not like vets.

This is way out there but you sound open. Sit and talk to Monkee and see what
he has to say about all of this. There are people on this list that use animal
communicators and there are people who think they are con artists. I use them
and they have been very helpful for me. The thing is you really can do it
yourself although a lot of the times you can't with your own little one because
you are so close. An idea..take from it what you can use and leave
the rest.

Well, he's not eating at tonight. It's so frustrating. I tried baby food and
kitten formula cat food and the buffalo again. He seemed interested in the
buffalo, but when it came time to actually eat it, he just kind of air
nibbled over it? It seems like he's not making the connection that he needs
to eat. Yet, he wants to go outside and walk around. And I just can't let him
do that because I know it wear him out way too much- especially with not
eating. So he just sits out on his porch and watches the colony of street cats
eats his premium cat food voraciously Ugh. When he was

I don't know the moderator personally -- but I do know that Vista with IE7
is notorious for not even letting you look at your own friekin' files on C:

I think Susan hit the nail on the head with her reply to me about posts
being rejected for being too long...when you hit reply and you've a lot of
the previous replies attached. Don't know if that is what is going on with
you but I think that's my ordeal...
