Yes, they get some *particles or something from nursing the Mom, but if they have a strong immune system, they can *throw it off in time* . That is why I waited so long to get them tested.to give the immune system time to do that. They say it is transferred in the Mom's milk! Pamela Myers

One note on coccidia--I'm a remote volunteer for a shelter in Louisiana and they recently had some very young pups with Coccidia. They put them on Albon and it still wouldn't clear up. Then the vet used Marquis Paste instead and it seems to have really cleared it up. I've read a number of

Sue I talked with Hideyo (former list member) who said that she has heard of people who have had good results with Leukeran. She also said to caution you to be patient when going back on the full strength Predinisole. It sometimes does not work right away. Something is wrong with her computer
