Before taking any animal to any sanctuary research the place and definetely try to talk with people who have been there personally. I would also do this if I was in your situation. My boyfriend also rescued an FeLV cat. He heard about Home from Life from a guy that works at Best Friends

lots of places on the WI/MN border have one mailing address and another physical one. and many sanctuaries, because of the problem with dumping, do NOT give out their actual physical location to the general public. -- Spay Neuter Your Neighbors! Maybe That'll Make The Difference
