I didn't find out that Fuji was positive until she was having breathing problems. She was just a year old (tested negative as kitten with extremely limited outside time and only after she was 9 months. The vet thinks she got it from her mother and it didn't show on original test.) Anyway,

The only reason I can think of to give them an annual vaccination is to protect them from Fletch if he turns out to definitely be FeLV positive. You would think that if they were going to get FeLV from Fletch they would have gotten it by now but I guess there's a chance they still could get
