Yaay for Oliver!  Feline acne, especially in cats with some white fur is not serious.  I usually use a flea comb on their chin or other parts to remove the crud.  Then I use a very mild baby soap to gently wash the area, rinse it with wet wash cloth and pat it dry.  I do this until the acne
