I think that at one point or another, we all think we have it all under control. I have begun to realize that perhaps I am here to provide a home, food and what care I can for them for the time I have them whether it is long or short. I take them in, love them for whatever time I have them.

I do believe that Stress has a lot to do with the FELV becoming active and secondary infections doing more damage. My Nitnoy had been feral, lost a tail to a raccoon just days before I found her and then was afraid of the other cats because she was so small and they were so big. She grew less

My Annie was not positive for the 4 years her fist owner had her, same vet. Then when her owner had to go into hospice and she was left alone in her trailer for 3 weeks, then brought to the vet's office in a cardboard box and then sent home to my house with 2 new people and 1 new cat, that is
