I'm fwding Ruthie at CatCamp's email (below). It SOUNDS like the situation
has improvedsignificantly since yesterday.
There are still 12 feral catsneeding homes.
Please send out positive vibes for the pilot/plane plan for the FeLV
kitties working out! I'm still in awe...

Hi Kerry,
Cherie told me she will bring you a kitty. Great! I have all of the
adoptables taken care of except three and they are promised a home. I am down to
the leukies and ferals and Cherie will take all of the leukies and I have a
place for 12 ferals so we will only have 12 ferals left and I can place them by
ones and twos a lot easier than getting a whole herd out at once. Just keep
fingers and toes crossed that this plan comes together. We have had our hopes
dashed before so I am not going to breathe until the plane lands safely on the
other end. Best wishes to you and your furbabies and do let me know which of our
leukies you pick for your own.

HAVE ANY CONTACTS. The Cat Camp Foundation
MUST move cats NOW! We have received
another letter from the Township of Tabernacle stating that they are filing a criminal
complaint against the shelter for being in
violation of ZONING LAWS. This whole problem is being
caused by a neighbor who doesn’t like the volunteers coming to the shelter and has
complained that the shelter
is a “business”. That is what the violation is all
about. We have to find another shelter / rescue / home for about 25 indoor
semi -feral cats as well
as well as 12 Leukemia positive cats IMMEDIATELY! These
cats are in grave danger
of euthanization by the ruling of the court. Somebody PLEASE help us to save these cats. We have
placed all of the
adoptables, the Aids positive cats and some of the
Leukemia positive cats. We desperately need help to save the lives of these semi-ferals
and Leukemia cats.
