Hemobartonella is blood parasite that causes cats to become
anemic.  It can be cured with antibiotics, but I believe it is
difficult to get an accurate test result and FelV cats are often
put down as anemia is also a killer of cats with feline Leukemia.

why do they keep renaming things?  they do that with flowers and some of my 
plant tags are so full of new names that i have to amke new ones.
