Glucosomine can take months to work. It has to rebuild. Take a look at Dr. Jean Hofve's page: http://www.facekitty.com/2009/04/arthritis-in-cats-holistic-tre.html for some interesting information, especially Creak-away. I was never happy with the ingredients of GlycoFlex, so never gave it to any cats.
