Hello, Our company has need of some consulting services to support some development potentially including direct bitstream modifications to h.264 and h.265 bit streams.
Would anyone be able to provide these sort of consultancy services? If so, what are your normal arrangements for this kind of work? If not, could you refer someone who might do this kind of work?
