Option -metadata title=Title does't work with -psp option
I tried
ffmpeg -i Sintel.2010.720p.x264-VODO.mp4 -ss 00:01:00 -t 00:0:10 -r
14.985 -s 320x240 -b 768k -ar 24000 -ab 32k -f psp 001.MP4 -metadata
title=The title of the movie

I changed order to
... -metadata title=The title of the movie -f psp 001.MP4
Now it works. I see the title in the end of the file.

From various sources, it looks like, tlen is syncsafe in 2.4 (but not 2.3)
Which is the source of the problem.
