I would still consider it a (serious?) bug if it works fine for tcp, but fails
for udp. Unfortunately, I was unable to connect to your server (and none of the
network specialists tried it, afaik).

AXIS P1344 Network Camera exhibits the same behavior. The problem happens when
resolution is set to 1280x720.

I fear you will either have to provide a packet dump or make your camera visible
to the internet.

FFmpeg version SVN-r25392, Copyright (c) 2000-2010 the FFmpeg developers
built on Oct 7 2010 15:06:54 with gcc 4.4.3
configuration: --enable-gpl --enable-version3
