Hello,
I had these kind of compilation errors with previous version of Libvpx and
Ffmpeg.
Usually I had to manually delete the files related to the old version of
libvpx from /usr/local/lib then to compile libvpx and finally ffmpeg.
If you still have ffmpeg installed a "ldd /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg"
