Could you confirm that the issue you see is
reproducible with all following command line
indicating this is not a problem with the

like a miss match between the encoding matrix and the decoding matrix
used to perform the RGB-YCbCr conversion, like it is encoded with BT
709 and decoded with 601.

The current Zeranoe version is often sufficient, a
two year old version

yes, for current git in any case
but also (c) 2000-2013 is completly outdated
