Have a number of still pictures (jpg) that I would like to make into a
slideshow.
Using information at < https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Slideshow >,
created a file "input.txt" with the format:
first_image.jpg
duration 5
second_image.jpg
duration 5
last_image.jpg
duration 5
Some more information about this warning:
It only occurs when one image in the input list differs in size from
the previous image. If the dimensions are significantly different,
visible distortion will occur.
Also, in contrast to my previous post, it appears that PNG images are
bypassed

Trying to recompile ffmpeg on a Linux Mint 18.3 system; currently
