There¹s a button next to the preview window that has an icon that's a grid
of little squares; near the calibration button. Works like Insight¹s
selector.

I'm currently looking to buy a 35mm negative/film scanner. My primary

Especially with your old negatives you will find it very helpful and it will

Gerry,
the Eye-dropper tools are only activated when you move to the CURVES tab.
However, if you have chosen to embed the Photoshop working space in the
image file the command is disabled (it would clash with IQA).

For the list's information, I ordered the SS4000 on 9/20/01 from ecost
for $699.99. After rebate price ( if and when received) 500 bucks. I
really wanted a MF scanner, as I currently shoot both 35mm and 6 x 7. I

The scanner works fine on ME. I use it on ME myself frequently.

the SS4000 is still set at AU$2304.00 retail in Australia. This converts to
US$1116.00. Is there a good reason for this David?
