I'm having a problem with the most recent Vuescan: the final scan doesn't
match the preview, neither in the Vuescan window, nor in Photoshop. When I
switch back to 7.4.2 it works fine. I may be doing something wrong, but I
can't find it. Any ideas?

I have some vague recollections of trying it some time ago. Much, much
better the JPEG but not anywhere near as good as claimed. Much slower than
jpeg during compression.
When I do a preview and then a scan, once the scan is complete, there is no
image in either the preview or scan box. Is this a glitch or is there a new
box I haven't checked?
